RELATIONSHIP THERAPY FOR WOMEN
Break the Pattern That Keeps Repeating
One-on-one relationship therapy for women who over-give, over-explain, and end up unheard. Book a call today.
Communication That Lands
You’ll learn to say the hard thing without the apology tour or the explosion. Practical scripts for asking, refusing, and repairing—so conversations you used to dread become ones you can actually finish.
Boundaries That Hold
Setting a boundary is easy; keeping it under pushback is the skill. We’ll build yours with DBT tools—and work through the guilt that shows up afterward, because that guilt is what usually undoes the boundary.
Faith-Integrated Options
If faith shapes how you think about love, forgiveness, and commitment, we'll bring it into the work. You’ll get clinical skills and spiritual grounding together—never one at the cost of the other.
THE CYCLE YOU CAN NAME BUT CAN'T STOP
Same Argument, Different Year?
- Relationship patterns repeat until something in the pattern changes. Do these sound familiar?
- You give more than you receive, then feel guilty for noticing the imbalance.
- Conflict ends with you either over-explaining or shutting down completely — never quite heard either way.
- You keep the peace so consistently that nobody knows what you actually need, including you some days.
- Individual relationship therapy works on your half of every dynamic — which is the half you can actually change. That is usually enough to shift the whole thing.

FAQs About Relationship Therapy
The questions women ask most before starting relationship work. Not seeing yours? Get more information when you book a call today.
Yes — and individual work is what this practice offers. Relationships are systems, so changing your half changes the dynamic: how you communicate, what you tolerate, where you hold a boundary. Many women find the relationship shifts noticeably once one person stops running the old pattern.
All of them — partners, parents, in-laws, friends, coworkers, and church community. The patterns that make one relationship hard usually show up across several, which is why the skills transfer. Bring whichever relationship is costing you the most sleep.
No — sessions here are one-on-one, individual therapy focused on your patterns, skills, and goals. If you and a partner are looking for joint sessions, mention it on the consultation call and you’ll get an honest answer about fit and referral rather than a service that isn’t offered here.
Sometimes it largely is — and therapy still helps, because it works on what’s within your control: your boundaries, your communication, and your clarity about what you will and won’t accept. That clarity is exactly what makes hard decisions possible, whatever you decide about the relationship.
My goal is simple—helping you find true freedom. I’m passionate about helping you navigate anxiety and express yourself with confidence. Together, we’ll create a more peaceful life through healthier relationships and better stress management.
I currently accept OHP. If you don’t have this insurance, no worries! Many insurance companies offer reimbursement, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit after paying upfront.
