RELATIONSHIP COACHING FOR WOMEN
Work With a Relationship Coach Who Helps You Be Heard
Stop having the same argument on repeat. Get practical tools to say what you mean, hold a boundary, and feel close again — starting with a free 15 minute call.
Say What You Actually Mean
You rehearse the conversation for days, then soften it until the point disappears. We work on saying the real thing plainly — in a way the other person can hear, and without the apology you tack on afterwards.
Break The Pattern, Not The Relationship
Most people do not have a hundred arguments. They have one argument a hundred times. We map the pattern you keep landing in, find the moment it turns, and build a different move for that moment.
Hold A Boundary Without Guilt
A boundary you cannot keep is a wish. We work out which limits actually matter to you, how to state them once and clearly, and what to do when someone pushes back — because someone will.
YOU ARE NOT BAD AT RELATIONSHIPS
Does This Sound Like Your Last Argument?
- You are not short on love or effort. You are short on a way through the same conversation. Any of these land?
- You go quiet to keep the peace, then feel resentful for days afterwards.
- You know exactly what you want to say — until you are in the room, and then it comes out wrong.
- You have set the same boundary three times and nothing has changed.
- You replay the argument at 2am, rewriting your side of it.
- None of that means the relationship is broken. It usually means nobody ever taught you the moves. That is what coaching is for.

FAQs About Relationship Coaching
Most women booking a call have never worked with a coach before, and the first question is usually whether this is even the right thing. Here are the ones I get asked most. Not seeing yours? Ask me on the call.
No, and the difference matters. Coaching is forward-looking and skills-based: we work on what you want to change and how to do it. Therapy is clinical work, it is licensed, and I offer it separately to clients in Oregon. If what you describe on our call would be better served by therapy, I will tell you that rather than sell you coaching.
Individuals only. I do not offer couples sessions, couples counseling or marriage counseling, so if you are looking for both partners in the room together I am not the right fit and I would rather say so here than on a call. What I do offer is one-to-one work, and a great deal changes in a relationship when one person changes how they communicate.
We look at a real conversation from your week — one that went badly, or one you are dreading. We find the moment it turned, work out what you wanted to say, and practise saying it. It is specific and practical rather than abstract.
Packages are monthly and most people stay for several months, because changing a communication habit takes more than a fortnight. There is no long contract to sign before you start, and we review whether it is still useful as we go.
Yes. Sessions are held over secure telehealth, so you can join from wherever you are comfortable — which for most of my clients means somewhere private, at a time that fits around work.
That is exactly what the free 15 minute call is for. Bring the situation, not a decision. You will leave the call knowing whether coaching, therapy, or neither is the right next step, and there is no obligation either way.
