CAREER & WORK/LIFE BALANCE COACHING
Be the Woman at Work Who Says the Thing
Career coaching for women who are excellent at the job and terrible at asking for anything in return. Boundaries, negotiations, and getting your evenings back. Book a free 15 minute call.
Boundaries That Survive a Busy Week
The extra project, the 9pm message, the meeting that should have been an email. We work out which limits are worth holding and exactly how to hold them — including with people who outrank you.
Ask for What You Are Worth
The raise, the title, the resourcing you keep absorbing yourself. We build the case, script the conversation, and rehearse it so the first time you say it out loud is not in the room.
Stop Bringing It Home
Work that follows you to the sofa is not a scheduling problem. We put real edges around the day and rebuild the part of your life that has quietly been giving way to it.
COMPETENT, AND QUIETLY DEPLETED
Are You the Reliable One Who Never Gets Asked How She Is?
- You are good at your job. That is precisely how you ended up holding this much. Any of these familiar?
- You say yes to the extra thing because it is faster than explaining why not.
- You have not asked for a raise because you cannot bear to make the case.
- You answer messages at 10pm and call it being on top of things.
- You are the one everyone relies on, and nobody has noticed what it costs.
- None of that is a work-ethic problem. It is a boundaries and negotiation problem, and both of those are skills rather than personality traits.

FAQs About Career Coaching
The questions women ask me most before booking. Not seeing yours? Bring it to the free call.
No. Coaching is practical, forward-looking work on what you want to change at work. Therapy is clinical, it is licensed, and I offer it separately to clients in Oregon. If burnout is the real issue, I will tell you that on the call.
That is not what this is. I am not a recruiter and I do not do CV reviews or interview drills. My work is the part underneath: the boundaries, the asking, the confidence to have the conversation. Those travel with you whether you stay or go.
No. The pattern I see most is not seniority-dependent — the reliable person who absorbs the extra work exists at every level, and the earlier you learn to hold a line, the less of your career you spend resenting it.
Then coaching will help you see that clearly and decide what to do about it. I will not spend six months teaching you to cope with something that should change. Sometimes the honest outcome of this work is leaving.
Yes. Sessions are held over secure telehealth, so you can join from wherever you feel comfortable — which for most of my clients means fitting a session around a working day.
Packages run monthly and most stay several months. One conversation can be prepared in a session; changing the reflex that made you say yes in the first place takes longer.
