As a National Board-Certified Counselor with 6 years of experience, I help women like you build stronger, healthier relationships. My work at the Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center deepened my passion for guiding women toward healing and growth. Yes! I offer secure telehealth sessions, so you can get support wherever you feel comfortable. Whether you’re busy, out of the area, or just need flexibility, virtual sessions make therapy easier for you.
Who Do You Serve?
I help women seeking therapy for relationships, emotional regulation, and life coaching. Together, we’ll identify where you need support & create space for healing—personally or professionally. Whether you want to strengthen a relationship or navigate a difficult one, I’m here to support you.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes, confidentiality is a top priority. I provide a safe, judgment-free space to fully explore your emotions. What we discuss stays private, except in rare cases where safety is at risk.

Do You Take Insurance?
I currently accept OHP. If you don’t have this insurance, no worries! Many insurance companies offer reimbursement, and I can provide a superbill for you to submit after paying upfront.
